At ALTESSE STUDIO we have developed products that meet all uses and all types of hair. To help you in your choice, carry out your diagnosis and discover the products made for you, it only takes 1 minute!

Did you make a mistake in your order? No worries, let us know by sending us an e-mail to contact@altesse-studio.com within 24 hours of confirming your order (before it could be processed).

The amount of your order will be credited to you within 24 to 48 hours following the acknowledgment of receipt of your request.

If your order has been processed, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel it. However, if you do not wish to keep your products once received, you can return them to us according to our return policy .

For the moment, ALTESSE STUDIO delivers in metropolitan France and overseas, in Europe, in America (United States and Canada).

Once your order has been validated, it will be dispatched within 24 hours for orders placed between Monday and Thursday; orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

You have received your package and it does not suit you? ALTESSE STUDIO allows free returns within 14 days as long as:

- the product is cleaned and in good condition

- the product is in its original case with its protective foam

- the product has not been subject to intensive use, modification of any kind (personalization or other)

All you have to do is contact us by e-mail indicating the reasons for your return.

Once your request has been examined and accepted, a return label will be sent to you. All you have to do is put your product back in a properly closed package (so as not to risk damaging the product during transport) and drop it off at a post office. .

You will receive a refund for your order within a maximum of 3 days after receipt of your package at our factory.

Did you choose the wrong model when ordering? Don't worry, the procedure remains the same as for a return, your brush will have to:

- be clean and in good condition

- be in its original box with its protective foam

- not have been the subject of intensive use, modification of any kind (personalization or other)

All you have to do is contact us by e-mail indicating the reasons for your exchange, specifying your hair type if possible so that we can identify the perfect brush for you.

Once your request has been examined and accepted, a return label will be sent to you. All you have to do is put your product back in a properly closed package (so as not to risk damaging the product during transport) and drop it off at a post office. .

Your replacement product will be sent to you upon receipt and inspection of your package (up to 10 days).

We already made the best brushes on the market on our own behalf or for big names in the hairdressing or beauty world, but we went even further by innovating on our bristling technique and selecting the best raw materials.

For our care brushes, we have found a bristling technique that guarantees 100% wild boar brushes for all types of hair, even the thickest, while having a massaging action on all scalps and providing the hair benefits related to the use of boar bristle during brushing.

No more need for nylon tips to massage the scalp or penetrate the densest hair, boar bristles are now capable of doing it all!
Thus the performance of care is maximized since it is the boar hair, and not the nylon fiber, which will seek the sebum and distribute it.

For our detangling brushes, we have found an innovative and biosourced fiber that we have piled with a technique allowing "magical" detangling since it combines "softness and efficiency, for precise detangling, without pain and without breakage.

The wood of our handles comes from trunks felled by the producers
olives when they are too old to produce olives.

The trees are between 50 and 100 years old, which is what makes this type of wood so rare.

When we fashion our handles from sawdust and scrap wood and in the spirit of a reasoned manufacturing process, we give a second life to this waste.

Wood scraps are distributed to staff for use as firewood

The sawdust and wood chips are collected and then given to a local farmer who uses them as an amendment for his orchard, the wood thus returns
To the earth.
