Return & refund

You have received your package and it does not suit you? ALTESSE STUDIO allows free returns within 14 days as long as:

- the product is cleaned and in good condition

- the product is in its original box with its protective foam and without scratches on the mirror

- the product has not been subject to visible use or modification of any kind (personalization or other)

All you have to do is contact us by e-mail indicating the reasons for your return.

Once your request has been examined and accepted, a return label will be sent to you. All you have to do is put your product back in a properly closed package (so as not to risk damaging the product during transport) and drop it off at a post office. .

You will receive a refund for your order within a maximum of 3 days after receipt of your package at our factory.

Exchange

Did you choose the wrong model when ordering? Don't worry, the procedure remains the same as for a return, your brush will have to:

- be clean and in good condition

- be in its original box with its protective foam and without scratches on the mirror

- not have been the subject of visible use or modification of any kind (personalization or other)

All you have to do is contact us by e-mail indicating the reasons for your exchange, specifying your hair type if possible so that we can identify the perfect brush for you.

Once your request has been examined and accepted, a return label will be sent to you. All you have to do is put your product back in a properly closed package (so as not to risk damaging the product during transport) and drop it off at a post office. .

Your replacement product will be sent to you upon receipt and control of your package to be delivered to you within 10 days.

In the event that the exchange would lead to a modification of the amount of the payment already made:
