The protocol is to be carried out before showering on dry skin, without oil or cream, to avoid excessive exfoliation which could damage the skin. For exfoliation in the shower, we recommend using a suitable exfoliating scrub or glove.

Gentle, effective exfoliation: High-quality natural bristles, such as natural boar bristle, offer gentle but effective exfoliation, removing dead cells without damaging the skin. They are less likely to cause micro-tears than poor-quality synthetic bristles or copper fibers.
