Deliveries
Once validated, your orders are dispatched within 24 hours for all orders placed between Monday and Thursday, and the next working day for orders placed between Friday and Sunday.
When validating your order, you can choose between :
- home delivery via La Poste, parcel delivered within 4 to 6 working days of dispatch
- express home delivery via Chronopost, parcel delivered within 24 hours (working days) of dispatch
2 delivery methods are available:
- Home delivery via La Poste, parcel delivered within 3 to 5 working days maximum after dispatch
Eligible countries: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Malta, Norway and Romania.
- express home delivery via Chronopost, parcel delivered within 72 hours of dispatch
Prices may vary according to the geographical zone of delivery, the price will be displayed before validation and payment of your order for approval.

Feedback & Discussion
You have received your parcel and it doesn't suit you? ALTESSE STUDIO allows free returns within 14 days as long as :
- the product is clean and in good condition
- the product is in its original box with its protective foam and no scratches on the mirror
- the product has not been visibly used or modified in any way (customization or other)
All you have to do is contact us by e-mail, stating the reasons for your return.
Once your request has been examined and accepted, a return label will be sent to you. All you have to do is return your product in a properly sealed parcel (to avoid damaging the product in transit) and drop it off at a post office.
You will receive a refund of your order within 3 days of receipt of your parcel at our factory.
Did you order the wrong model? Don't worry, the procedure is the same as for a return: your brush must be :
- be clean and in good condition
- be in its original box with protective foam and no scratches on the mirror
- have not been visibly used or modified in any way (personalization or otherwise)
All you need to do is contact us by e-mail, indicating the reasons for your exchange and, if possible, specifying your hair type so that we can identify the perfect brush for you.
Once your request has been examined and accepted, a return label will be sent to you. All you have to do is return your product in a properly sealed parcel (to avoid damaging the product in transit) and drop it off at a post office.
Your replacement product will be dispatched as soon as we receive and check your parcel, and will be delivered within 10 days.
If the exchange involves a change in the amount of payment already made :
- For a reduction in the amount of your order, the difference will be debited from your account when the product in exchange is shipped.
- For an increase in the amount of your order, the difference will be credited to your account at the time of shipment of the product in exchange.
