Deliveries
Once validated, your orders are dispatched within 24 hours for all orders placed between Monday and Thursday, and the next working day for orders placed between Friday and Sunday.
Delivery in mainland France
When validating your order, you can choose between :
- home delivery via La Poste, parcel delivered within 4 to 6 working days of dispatch
- express home delivery via Chronopost, parcel delivered within 24 hours (working days) of dispatch
Delivery in Europe
2 delivery methods are available:
- Home delivery via La Poste, parcel delivered within 3 to 5 working days maximum after dispatch
Eligible countries: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Malta, Norway and Romania.
- express home delivery via Chronopost, parcel delivered within 72 hours of dispatch
Prices may vary according to the geographical zone of delivery, the price will be displayed before validation and payment of your order for approval.
The shipping costs shown are prices excluding any customs duties or additional local taxes (payable by the buyer).

Returns & refunds
Have you received your package and it doesn't suit you? ALTESSE STUDIO free returns within 14 days as long as:
- the product is clean and in good condition
- The product is in its original packaging with protective foam and no scratches on the mirror.
- the product has not been visibly used or modified in any way (customization or otherwise)
Simply contact us byemail, statingthe reasons for your return.
Once your request has been reviewed and accepted, you will be sent a return label. Simply place your product in a properly sealed package (to avoid damaging the product during transport) and drop it off at a post office.
You will receive a refund for your order within a maximum of 3 days after your package is received at our factory.
Exchange
Did you order the wrong model? Don't worry, the procedure is the same as for a return: your brush must be :
- be clean and in good condition
- be in its original case with protective foam and no scratches on the mirror
- not have been visibly used or modified in any way (customization or otherwise)
Simply contact us by email, stating the reasons for your exchange and, if possible, specifying your hair type so that we can identify the perfect brush for you.
Once your request has been reviewed and accepted, you will be sent a return label. Simply place your product in a properly sealed package (to avoid damaging the product during transport) and drop it off at a post office.
Your replacement product will be shipped to you as soon as we receive and inspect your package, and will be delivered within 10 days.
In the event that the exchange results in a change to the amount of the payment already made:
• If the amount of your order is reduced, the difference will be debited from your account when the replacement product is shipped.
• If the amount of your order increases, the difference will be credited to your account when the replacement product is shipped.
