The brushes were sent very quickly. There was one problem but it was solved immediately. The telephone reception was very friendly. The pink box is as beautiful as the brush. I've only been using it for a few days, and my tangled hair on the side where I sleep is back in place without any tugging. The other brush is a gift for my granddaughter, so it's going to New Caledonia, to Nouméa.
I wish the Altesse company every success in its efforts to promote French craftsmanship.

I give 3 stars for the delivery, enthusiastic at the idea of receiving the brush unfortunately I was surprised to discover a brush that was not intended for me. So it was up to me to send the parcel back, wait for it to arrive at the seller's so that they could send me the right order again...I find this approach average for a brand that sells itself as a "prestige brand". Prestige must be assured throughout the process.
